You may not access or utilize our online environment, member portals, or training services in any manner that could systematically disable, overburden, damage, or impair our server networks, or interfere with other participants' experience of the sanctuary. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our portals, member accounts, or private server networks through security scanning, database scraping, password mining, or hacking is strictly prohibited. Without limiting any of the foregoing, you explicitly agree to the following conditions:
Restricted Global Activities
- You will not copy, use, install, transfer, license, or distribute any portion of the service or website design except as specifically permitted in writing by these Terms.
- You will not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, adapt, or disassemble any aspect of the site content, server scripts, or layout parameters.
- You will not alter, deface, or remove any copyright, trademark, brand registry, or proprietary rights notice contained in our web frameworks or media items.
- You will not create fake, automated, or pretense accounts on our member portal system under false or fraudulent coordinates.
- You will not deploy database scrapers, screen readers, spiders, automatic indexers, or query bots to monitor, retrieve, or copy layout details from the service.
- You will not probe, vulnerability scan, or test the digital infrastructure of AAdi's Tantra Studio, nor bypass any technical authentication or encryption protocols.
- You will not mirror, frame, reformat, or visually capture any layout design that forms a part of this therapeutic portal.
- You will not express, imply, or declare that your individual views, statements, or commercial activities are endorsed or supported by AAdi Care India Private Limited without our prior, explicit written consent in each instance.
- You will not transmit any content or private communication that is fraudulent, defamatory, libelous, unlawful, obscene, threatening, or otherwise violating our intellectual property rights or those of any third-party.
- You will not upload or transmit files containing malware, software bugs, trojans, worms, time bombs, or disruptive code sequences.
- You will not harvest, aggregate, or save personally identifiable information about other users without their prior, explicit, written permission.
- You will not access, tamper with, or test non-public sections of AAdi's Tantra Studio systems, private databases, or the server technical pipelines of our software providers.
- You will not harass, bully, defame, abuse, or incite harm against any person or community group, including our studio employees, coordinating care teams, and fellow practitioners.
- You will not create a new membership portal account if your previous profile was permanently disabled or banned due to past policy infractions, unless we provide explicit written permission.
- You will not solicit, or attempt to gather, private personal variables from other members outside the natural functionality of our sanctuary panels.
- You will not restrict, discourage, or actively inhibit any legitimate client from safely accessing our physical studio operations or online platforms.
- You will not gain unauthorized access to practitioner names, scheduling coordinates, or personally identifiable data.
- You will not violate any applicable local, national, or international laws, regulatory structures, or standard internet usage parameters.
- You will not utilize AAdi's Tantra Studio networks or resources to coordinate illegal, inappropriate, or unauthorized conduct, including, without limitation, contacting Tantra Practitioners for sexual or otherwise inappropriate purposes.
We reserve the complete right to pursue appropriate legal action and apply technical remedies to prevent the violation of these provisions and aggressively enforce these intellectual property parameters.
