By reserving and purchasing clinical somatic touch therapy programs, retreat spots, or class enrollments at AAdi's Tantra Studio, you explicitly agree to the following Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy. This structure is strictly engineered to protect our practitioners' dedicated blocks, coordinate clinical space metrics, and guarantee absolute punctuality across all global sanctuary operations.
1. Client-Initiated Cancellations & Adjustments
Delay in Commencement
All AAdi sanctuary hubs operate on a highly calibrated reservation system. Any delay caused from your end — including late arrival at the studio, extended clinical check-in processing, or personal discussions beyond standard variables — will result in a corresponding reduction in your session's duration. This ensures that subsequent reservations are not impacted. No refunds, adjustments, or tuition offsets will be permitted in these scenarios.
No-Show Protocol
If you fail to present yourself at the studio for a reserved timeslot and our care coordinators are unable to establish contact with you within sixty (60) minutes of the scheduled trigger time via your provided coordinates (email, telephone, and SMS), the slot is permanently canceled. A 100% cancellation charge will be levied, and no refunds or wallet adjustments will be initiated.
Practitioner Mismatch & Dissatisfaction
The somatic experience is highly individualized, relying heavily on professional energetic alignment and patient receptivity. If you experience internal misalignment or wish to terminate a session before its scheduled duration, there will be no refunds, offsets, or class adjustments. We encourage you to review practitioner profiles on the member panel before booking.
Sudden Personal Emergencies
If you request to stop or end a session early due to personal, formal, or medical emergencies, the session is considered complete. No partial refunds or rescheduling offsets will be granted.
Rescheduling Guidelines
Rescheduling a reserved session is permitted under the following conditions:
- All date or time change requests must be submitted at least twelve (12) hours prior to the original appointment.
- Confirmations are subject strictly to studio space availability and practitioner schedules.
- A standard rescheduling administrative fee (up to Rs. 10,000) may be applied.
- If a suitable alternative slot cannot be found, you may cancel the session for a full refund, minus a processing fee of 5% of the total amount or Rs. 500 (whichever is higher).
Medical & Allergic Disclosures
It is your responsibility to disclose any allergies or medical conditions before booking. If a practitioner identifies an undisclosed unsafe condition at the time of the session, the session will be canceled immediately to protect your safety, with no refund or adjustments permitted.
2. Region-Specific Cancellation Matrices
Delhi-NCR & Gurgaon Hubs
- Cancellations > 12 Hours: Full refund of tuition fees, minus a 5% handling fee or Rs. 500 (whichever is higher).
- Cancellations 6 to 12 Hours: 50% cancellation fee applied; the remaining 50% is refunded to your source account.
- Cancellations < 6 Hours: 100% cancellation fee applied; no refunds are granted.
Outstation & International Destinations (Non-NCR)
- Prior to Flight Booking: Up to a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to cover administrative and logistic setup blocks, with the remainder refunded.
- After Flight Booking: A 100% cancellation fee is applied, and no refund is possible due to non-recoverable travel bookings.
3. Recovery of Fees & Adjustments
Membership Wallet Reductions
Any cancellation fees will be automatically deducted from your active membership wallet balance, with your portal dashboard updating in real-time.
Advance Tuition Alignments
- If your advance payment exceeds the cancellation fee, the difference will be promptly refunded to your source account.
- If your advance payment is less than the cancellation fee, the unpaid balance will be logged as a pending due on your account, pausing future bookings until cleared.
- If they are equal, no refunds or outstanding dues will apply.
4. Studio-Initiated Delays & Guarantees
Studio Delays
If the studio or practitioner causes a delay in start, you are entitled to your full 90-minute treatment block. Additionally, you will receive compensation of Rs. 3,000 for every complete 20 minutes of delay, credited directly to your membership wallet (applicable only if full payment was completed in advance).
Practitioner No-Shows
If your assigned practitioner fails to arrive on time and you choose not to accept an alternative practitioner, you are entitled to a full refund, plus a Rs. 3,000 compensation credit added to your account wallet.
