Recall the time when you were in your childhood. How the days were those? No worries, No stress, no anxiety.

But that is not true. In those days, there was a lot stress when you were doing anything wrong. Any wrong or false act had given you stress that if parents/guardian get to know, they will be angry. you never wanted them to be angry. you wanted them to be happy. You wanted them to proud on you. But still you wanted to do everything which was forbidden. And so you evaluated the guardian?s hate less than the fulfillment of your wanting. Your desire ambushed many times in past childhood but later, you always had a though ?I wish I would have controlled myself?. Yes, you still regret some of those acts. But still having so many regrets, you were happy. You were happy just because, your mind was so sharp to fade those fade acts.
